“Finishing and coating are essential to protect and enhance the appearance”. We provide a wide range of post-press solutions. Printed sheets can also be laminated onto various corrugated materials before die-cutting.

Coating

In addition to inline aqueous coating, spot varnishing and off-line UV polymer, we also provide gloss, matt or iridescent film lamination and high-gloss calendaring.  Silk-screening of special effects such as glitters and high-gloss varnishing are some of our specialties.

Die-Cutting

We use fully-automated Bobst die-cutting machines for quick, accurate and detailed die-cutting.  It can be used on feather-light vellums to heavy gauge-coated board stocks.

Hot-stamping & Embossing

These processes are fully-integrated with our Bobst die-cutting machines to reduce lead-times, wastage and improve register accuracy. A wide range of foil colours, holographic patterns and embossing options are also available. Pattern embossing can be applied partially or over the entire product surface.

Window- Patching

Our in-house window-patching machines provide PVC, cellophane film or polyester patches from regular to shaped window-cut items.  Our handcrafted capabilities also allow for irregular shaped patching.

Folding & Gluing

Fully-automated folding and gluing lines run quick and efficient volume box assembly. Mini-folding box lines are there for smaller format folding requirements. We have also 8-point folder-gluers available for complex set-up carton production.

Lamination

A range of lamination options, including matt, gloss and flute, are available.
