ICTI Ethical Toy Program (IETP)
(Standard for International Safety of Toys and Children’s Products)
The International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) is the industry association for the worldwide toy industry. ICTI is committed to promote safety standards, to reduce or eliminate barriers to trade, and to advance social responsibility in the industry. The ICTI CARE Process (Caring, Awareness, Responsible, Ethical) was established to promote ethical manufacturing and to ensure all products are manufactured in an environment where the highest safety standards and humane conditions are met. Under the programme, good practices with effective factory monitoring are shared. Capacities are built on an open and transparent manner.
Our Dongguan factory has obtained the ICTI CARE Process Certificate since 2006. The ICTI CARE Process became the ICTI Ethical Toy Program, IETP, effective from January 2018.
The ICTI Ethical Toy Program (IETP) is the responsible ethical supply chain program for toys and children’s products. The mission of IETP is to build better lives for workers and a stronger industry through the ethical production of toys.The IETP brings manufacturers, brands, retailers and civil society partners together to monitor, manage and fix social sustainability issues in the toy industry supply chain and to support the well-being of factory workers.
(Standard for Safety and Quality for Food Packaging)
British Retail Consortium Global Standard is a leading safety and quality certification programme used by over 23,000 certified suppliers in 123 countries. This programme specifies requirements of quality, safety and operational criteria. This is to ensure organizations are operating at best practice and providing protection to end-consumers.
BRC is accepted by McDonald’s, Walmart, Sears, Tesco, Target, Gap, Subway and Best Buy, etc.
G7 Master Printer
(Master Printer Certificate of Excellence)
Idealliance (International Digital Enterprise Alliance) is a non-profit organization that helps develop standards and best practices to enhance efficiency. Information is transmitted at a fast rate to the end-to-end digital media supply chain.
Contents from creation, production, management to delivery of knowledge-based multimedia are transmitted digitally and in print.
The G7 Master Programme is a qualification granted only to printers using modern colourimetry technology as well as employing G7 process controls.
GSV / C-TPAT
(Global Export Security Standard)
Global Security Verification (GSV) Programme promotes best practice throughout the global trade industry enabling importers and suppliers to mitigate risks associated with the cross-border transport of goods while simultaneously expediting their arrival at destination markets.
This qualification is granted to organizations that have effectively achieved utilization of resources, structured processes and innovation while implementing measures and procedures to eliminate potential security risks.
This programme includes C-TPAT (Custom-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), a security initiative requirement, which is a voluntary supply chain security programme led by the U.S. Customs & Border Protection that focuses on improving security of private companies against terrorism.
Our Dongguan factory has passed C-TPAT Certificated Audit since 2008.

(Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 18001)
OHSAS 18001 is an international health and safety management system specification. It comprises two parts, namely 18001 and 18002. It embraces BS8800 as well as a number of other publications. Organizations that have accountable and implemented Occupational Health & Safety Management System with procedures in practice to minimize risks to employees and can demonstrate due diligence are granted this certification.
Our Dongguan factory has been granted the OHSAS18001：2007 Certificate since 2009.
(The Quality and Safety of Food in China)
General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) of P.R.C. is a Chinese quality and safety mark for food, beverages and other products. Its purpose is to ensure food safety, improving the situation of food quality which includes both imported and exported foods.
